To provide the Orange County Fire Authority with greater access to buildings along the inner ring, portions of Aldrich Park will be closed for the addition of a fire lane access point and for other fire lane upgrades. Please click here for a map of the closures, as well as accessible pathways.

| Lot 1B and AV3 |
American Campus Communities will commence construction of East Campus Housing on August 1, 2008. Lot 1B and AV3 will be permanently closed. Alternate parking for residents of VDC, VDCN, and the IAC communities can be found in the AV1 lot, and the CT lot upon its reopening.

Due to the installation of a modular structure, parking spaces in Lot 16 near the Multipurpose Science and Technology Building will be reduced. Additional parking can be found in Lot 16H and the Anteater Parking Structure. Access to Lot 16 will be available via Bison Avenue. Detour signage will be provided.
